Key Responsibilities- Menu Creation: Lead the development of menus that showcase local, seasonal ingredients from Vermont's farms, using creativity to keep our offerings fresh and exciting.
- Team Leadership: Train and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a positive, collaborative environment where your team can grow and develop.
- Kitchen Operations: Oversee daily kitchen operations, including ingredient preparation, inventory management, and food safety standards, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Supplier Partnerships: Collaborate with local suppliers to maintain strong relationships and secure the best ingredients for our menu.
- Performance Metrics: Monitor kitchen performance metrics like food costs and waste reduction, while continuously improving operations.
