About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Baker to join our culinary team at Four Seasons Resort and Residences Jackson Hole. As a key member of our bakery team, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality bread items and pastries to meet the exacting standards of our guests. Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare bread items according to production schedules and banquet event orders, ensuring quality and presentation meet our high standards.
  • Collaborate with the Pastry Chef, Sous Chefs, and Executive Chef to ensure seamless menu execution and problem-solving.
  • Work closely with standard recipes and plate presentations to maintain consistency and quality in production and presentation.
  • Conduct yourself in a professional manner at all times, reflecting the high standards of Four Seasons Hotels Limited.
  • Follow all guidelines for timely food service to guests, ensuring seamless delivery of our culinary experience.
Preferred Qualifications and Skills:
  • Have a good knowledge of bakery items to carry out duties and responsibilities efficiently and productively.
  • At least 1 year of baking experience.
  • Must be willing to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to accomplish major responsibilities.
  • Candidates must have excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • This position requires the ability to lift up to 50lb.
  • Successful candidates must possess legal work authorization in the United States.
