Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Integrated Master Scheduler to support the Space Development Agency (SDA) in delivering space-based capabilities to the joint warfighter. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for retrieving and consolidating vendor-provided integrated master schedules, coordinating inputs, and developing a government-specific IMS.

Key Responsibilities
  • Retrieve and Consolidate Vendor-Provided IMS: Gather and consolidate integrated master schedules from vendors to ensure a comprehensive understanding of project timelines and dependencies.
  • Coordinate Inputs and Develop Government-Specific IMS: Work with cross-functional teams to develop a government-specific IMS that aligns with SDA's mission and objectives.
  • Identify Scheduling Conflicts and Critical Paths: Analyze schedules to identify potential conflicts, critical paths, and schedule risks, and present findings to senior leadership.
  • Develop Internal Briefing Material: Create high-quality briefing materials for internal stakeholders, including Tranche Directors and Cell Leads.
  • Support External Communication: Develop external-facing products, such as briefings and emails, with a high standard of attention to detail.
  • Provide General Support to SDA: Offer general support to the SDA team, including coordinating meetings, briefings, and other tasks as needed.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree with Relevant Experience: A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as project management or a STEM discipline, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in developing integrated master schedules.
  • Microsoft Project Experience: Hands-on proficiency in using Microsoft Project to develop and manage integrated master schedules.
  • Project Management Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, with a focus on scheduling and coordination.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and visual communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • TS with SCI Eligibility: Must have a Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
