We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Team Leader to join our team at RentersHub. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced maintenance professional to lead and coordinate maintenance activities, ensuring the efficient operation of our facilities.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have over 2 years of experience in maintenance, with a strong understanding of maintenance equipment, techniques, and procedures. They will be responsible for inspecting buildings for structural damage, conducting routine maintenance on equipment and systems, and developing and executing preventative maintenance measures to prevent safety risks.

This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and flexibility to respond to on-call maintenance requests on nights and weekends. The successful candidate will work closely with our team to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintenance Leadership: Lead and coordinate maintenance activities to ensure efficient facility operations
  • Equipment Maintenance: Conduct routine maintenance on HVAC units, plumbing fixtures, electrical wiring, and other equipment to ensure optimal performance
  • Preventative Maintenance: Develop and execute preventative maintenance measures to prevent safety risks and equipment downtime
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of completed repairs and equipment maintenance
  • Communication: Collaborate with team members to ensure effective communication and seamless operations

Requirements:

  • Maintenance Experience: Over 2 years of experience in maintenance, preferably in a leadership role
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent
  • Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and ability to work effectively in a team environment

Compensation: $22 - $27 per hour
