Job Description

This role requires a highly skilled and experienced leader who can oversee the development of complex robotics safety systems. As an Embedded Software Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading a team of embedded software engineers to design and develop new safety features and systems
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other system components
  • Evaluating and selecting technologies and tools to support the development process
  • Developing and implementing processes to ensure quality and reliability of safety-critical systems

We offer a competitive salary range of $160,000 - $220,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in embedded software engineering, excellent leadership and communication skills, and the ability to navigate complex technical and business challenges.
