Soliant is seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to support the educational needs of students in Englewood, Colorado. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in speech and language disorders, with experience in evaluating, diagnosing, and treating students with communication impairments. The Speech-Language Pathologist will work collaboratively with educational staff and families to develop effective strategies and support systems to enhance communication skills for students. Key responsibilities include:

* Conducting thorough assessments and evaluations to diagnose speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in students
* Creating and implementing tailored treatment plans (IEPs) to address each student's specific communication needs
* Delivering direct therapeutic services to students experiencing speech and language difficulties
* Working in partnership with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to support and integrate speech and language goals within the classroom environment
* Maintaining accurate and confidential records of student progress, therapy sessions, and IEP documentation
* Attending and contributing to IEP meetings, parent-teacher conferences, and multidisciplinary team discussions
* Offering guidance and training to teachers and parents on strategies to support students' communication development
* Engaging in continuous professional learning to stay updated with the latest practices and advancements in speech-language pathology

Requirements:

* Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
* Colorado Department of Education (CDE) Special Services Provider license with a Speech-Language Pathologist endorsement
* Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
* Comprehensive understanding of speech and language disorders and development
* Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
* Ability to collaborate effectively with students, educational staff, and families
* Commitment to ongoing professional development and adherence to best practices

Licensure and Certification:

* Colorado Department of Education (CDE) Special Services Provider license with a Speech-Language Pathologist endorsement
* Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from ASHA or completion of the Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
* Successful completion of background checks and fingerprinting as required by Englewood Schools
