About the RoleThe Executive Assistant and Board Liaison plays a critical role in supporting the daily operations of the organization, ensuring smooth communication and coordination between the executive leadership, the Board of Directors, and other stakeholders. This position requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Duties and Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO and other senior leadership members.
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
- Prepare, proofread, and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Maintain and organize files, records, and documents, both electronic and physical.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications, responding promptly and professionally.
This position requires an Associate or Bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, or a related field, and a minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative support role, preferably in a nonprofit or similar organization.
Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 per year-
