Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Cardio-Pulmonary Acute Care Unit RN to join our team at Trinity Health. As a member of our team, you will provide high-quality patient care to a diverse population with complex health conditions.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients with cardiovascular and pulmonary conditions.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and advancements in cardiovascular and pulmonary care.
Requirements:
- Current RN licensure in New York State.
- Associates Degree in Nursing; BSN preferred.
- 1 year of RN experience in a Cardio-Pulmonary Acute Care Unit or similar setting.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
