About the Role:- As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) on our Cardio Pulmonary unit, you will provide support services to the RN to achieve the goal of assisting individuals in the restoration and maintenance of maximal physical, psycho-social, and spiritual health.
- You will work as an LPN on our Cardio Pulmonary unit, performing tasks within the scope of your license.
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing treatments, and documenting patient information.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Current NYS LPN license
- BLS certification
- Strong interpersonal skills to establish and maintain relationships with patients, families, physicians, and coworkers
