We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Cardio Pulmonary Unit at Sunnyview Rehabilitation Hospital. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the hospital's mission of restoring and maintaining physical, psychological, and spiritual health.
Responsibilities- Provide support services to the RN to achieve the goal of assisting individuals in the restoration and maintenance of maximal physical, psycho-social, and spiritual health.
- Work as an LPN on the Cardio Pulmonary unit, performing tasks within the scope of your license.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- Current NYS LPN license
- BLS certification
- Strong interpersonal skills to establish and maintain relationships with patients, families, physicians, and coworkers
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- A competitive salary range of $30.10 per hour, based on experience, skills, and education
