Associate Business Developer Role

In this role, you will provide critical sales support to our Regional Business Developers, contributing to the growth and success of our company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support Regional Business Developers in proposal and contract preparation, client outreach, and sales event organization.
  • Identify and qualify leads through online marketing campaigns, inbound inquiries, and referrals.
  • Prospect new customers through lead generation research and outreach calls.
  • Assist in preparing sales proposals, contracts, and overall sales strategies.
  • Provide informational services and assist with customer inquiries.
  • Manage and update custom databases and contact lists.
  • Coordinate and attend marketing and sales events, including trade shows and customer networking events.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of an AA degree in Communications, Marketing, or Business Management.
  • Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills, with strong time management abilities.
  • A positive and outgoing personality, with a self-driven approach to researching and finding leads.
  • Professional phone etiquette and the ability to identify customer pain points and specific needs.
  • Experience in cold calling and building rapport with potential customers.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess market conditions and provide recommendations.
  • Proficiency in MS Office programs, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Able to multitask and follow up with internal and external customers.
