Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and implement strategies to boost revenue for program initiatives
  • Supervise major gifts and donor relationships
  • Conduct prospect research and development

Required Qualifications:

  • 5-7 years of experience in major and individual giving
  • Bachelor's degree is mandatory; Master's degree is advantageous
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience in managing special events is a plus

Reporting Structure:

This position will report directly to the Chief Development Officer.
