- Stay up-to-date with local agency regulations, procedures, and design standards to ensure compliance and best practices.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders through written and verbal reports, presentations, and meetings.
- Mentor and train junior engineers to develop their skills and knowledge.
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field.
- Master's degree in civil engineering or a related field preferred.
- Professional Engineering (PE) License in CA and relevant state(s) required.
- 15+ years of relevant experience in water market engineering or a similar field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong technical skills and knowledge of water market engineering principles.
- Competitive salary range: $180,000-$220,000.
