Key Responsibilities:
  • Formulate and execute detailed financial plans tailored for individuals and families.
  • Manage the processing of new account requests while ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
  • Organize and facilitate planning discussions for senior financial advisors.
  • Perform regular assessments and modifications of client portfolios.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with clients to ensure their needs are met.
  • Address annual Required Minimum Distributions (RMD) for clients.
  • Evaluate and identify potential investment opportunities for clients.
  • Stay informed about changing regulations and tax laws.
  • Provide education to clients regarding financial principles and strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clientele.
Qualifications:
  • A bachelor's degree in finance, business, accounting, or a related discipline.
  • Willingness to relocate for the position.
  • Required securities and insurance licenses, or the capability to obtain them within six months.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Familiarity with financial services and products.
  • Professional certifications (CFP, ChFC, CPA, etc.) are advantageous, or the desire to pursue them is a plus.
