Production Supervisor

At Mead Lumber, we're seeking a highly skilled Production Manager to oversee all aspects of component production. This role is responsible for ensuring daily production goals are met while maintaining safety and meeting the company's high quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Organize and delegate daily tasks and objectives to ensure efficient production.
- Ensure components are built to the company's high quality standards.
- Manage the workforce to achieve production goals and performance standards.
- Maintain production equipment and machinery.
- Responsible for proper utilization of manpower and equipment.
- Cooperate with other department shift supervisors and teams to facilitate a smooth transition between shifts.
- Coach team members to improve performance and maintain a safe working environment.
- Address customer issues in the field related to components.
- 5 years of experience in the lumber and building materials industry or construction.
- Proficient in industry and supplier software applications.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Proficient in mechanical and electrical system troubleshooting.
- High School Diploma, General Education Degree (GED), or Associate's Degree required.
- Rough Carpentry/Construction, Project Supervision, and/or Project Construction Manager experience considered.
