Job Summary

The Front Desk Agent is a key member of the Homewood Suites Rochester team, responsible for providing exceptional service to guests during their stay. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide warm and welcoming service to guests, ensuring a positive experience from check-in to check-out.
  • Process guest arrivals and departures efficiently, handling all necessary paperwork and transactions.
  • Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including room inventory and guest information.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service and resolve any issues that may arise.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in a hotel or customer service role preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of hotel software systems.
