Key Responsibilities

Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related area.
  • Technical Proficiency: Profound technical proficiency in Salesforce, with the capability to steer the roadmap throughout the GTM technology ecosystem, encompassing integrations with vital systems like billing systems (NetSuite), marketing platforms (HubSpot), Zendesk, and SpringCM.
  • Experience: 8+ years hands-on development experience with large-scale platforms and applications, including experience with business systems (Salesforce, Okta/OneLogin, Zendesk, Google, Workato) and technologies (REST, SOAP, ETL, etc.).
  • Management Experience: 5+ years of experience managing application development engineers (i.e., Salesforce, Okta/OneLogin, Zendesk, Google, Workato, etc.) including experience in 360° people management, team growth, and ensuring team happiness and productivity.
