The Customer Service Lead is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Customer Service department at South Texas Radiology Group. This role requires a strong leader who can manage a team, provide excellent customer service, and resolve complex issues in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Management: Supervise and train a team of customer service representatives to ensure they are meeting performance standards and providing excellent customer service.
- Issue Resolution: Resolve complex customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with customers, team members, and management to ensure seamless communication and resolution of issues.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports to management on customer service metrics and team performance.
Requirements:
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.
- Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong leadership skills.
