Role Responsibilities

We are seeking a Content Creator who will actively engage with consumers and audiences, identify trends and insights, and diligently monitor and analyze competitors' social media activities. This position will contribute to providing top-tier recommendations to our client's brand team while collaborating with internal colleagues and key client stakeholders to develop, implement, track, and optimize content across various social platforms.

The Content Creator will embody the brand's voice, oversee conversations, publish content, and manage the daily operations of diverse social initiatives. This role involves interpreting briefs and ensuring timely project completion for digital distribution. Our ideal candidate possesses experience in an advertising agency, has worked on a variety of digital projects, and is familiar with design and motion graphics in a social media-centric environment.

Key Responsibilities Include:
  • Building, nurturing, and managing online communities for our client's key consumer brands.
  • Conducting social listening to identify conversations, topics, and trends for brand engagement.
  • Creating and developing community strategies, engagement plans, and growth initiatives.
  • Tracking relevant community data metrics and producing monthly reports with key insights.
  • Staying updated with the latest social trends and tools, offering fresh ideas for their application.
  • Crafting engaging content across various tones of voice.
  • Designing for the complete lifecycle of target audiences from concept to execution.
  • Ensuring final deliverables meet design and production standards.
  • Adapting, optimizing, and deploying assets in line with social media best practices while adhering to brand guidelines.
  • Proposing creative solutions in response to marketing strategies.
  • Overseeing the preparation of all finished files to comply with output specifications.
  • Creating timely and culturally relevant content tailored for specific platforms and audiences.
  • Acting as the brand guardian to ensure all produced work aligns with client brand guidelines.
  • Embracing and utilizing the brand's voice in community interactions.
  • Developing a social media content calendar.
  • Reposting paid advertising and influencer content on owned pages.
  • Monitoring social media interactions and collaborating with the Consumer Response Center (CRC) for escalated consumer inquiries.
  • Providing and receiving feedback while iterating on designs in a collaborative team environment.
Qualifications for Success:
  • 5+ years of experience in social media management.
  • 4+ years of digital design experience in an advertising, branding, or in-house agency.
  • Proficiency in using analytical and social listening tools for reporting and insights gathering.
  • Experience in growing and engaging communities and building a substantial follower base on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
  • A passion for delivering on-brand and on-brief social communications.
  • Proactive planning and leadership in creative community initiatives.
  • Practical knowledge of managing social media channels and their unique intricacies.
  • A desire to learn and discover new trends within the social landscape.
  • Ability to manage workflow and prioritize tasks to enhance productivity.
  • Understanding of integration with client-side teams while maintaining high-quality agency service.
  • Capability to comprehend consumer experiences with client products, services, and promotions.
  • Expertise in brand safety across social platforms.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to recognize superior design and maintain a consistent aesthetic.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and follow-up capabilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of consumer-packaged goods.
