Job Summary

As a Sales and Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting the value of Total Body Care, and supporting clinic flow.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide outstanding customer service and help everyone feel valued and understood.
  • Promote Total Body Care: Promote the value of Total Body Care by educating clients on new and expanded services, selling the Massage Envy Wellness Program, booking clients for future services, and encouraging homecare retail purchases based on service provider recommendations.
  • Support Clinic Flow: Support clinic flow by greeting clients, scheduling services, answering questions, and addressing concerns.
  • Grow and Retain Client Base: Help grow and retain a client base both in-person and through outreach efforts.
Requirements
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Have a high school diploma (or equivalent) and previous retail or sales experience (preferred)
  • Be a critical thinker with excellent math and computer skills and the ability to multitask
  • Have great people skills and be able to establish positive relationships with guests
  • Be a supporter of total body care with a general knowledge of massage and skin care services
