Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Guest Services Representative to join our team at Hendrick Toyota Apex. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to guests, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage the front desk, handling phone calls, messages, and visitor interactions with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry, report generation, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Collaborate with the Guest Services Manager and other team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the sales department and ensure seamless operations.
Requirements
  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a sales or automotive environment.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitasking and prioritizing tasks effectively.
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office products and ability to learn dealership management systems.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
