About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled People Business Partner to join our Global Technology organization. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in championing our culture, values, and people programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Align business objectives with people programs by working across functions and partnering with business leaders.
  • Lead and deliver complex work to meet functional objectives and drive efficiencies and improvements.
  • Guide and support teams in developing high-quality solutions by leveraging functional expertise and best practices.
  • Coach and mentor leaders with employee relations needs and people management.
  • Recommend, implement, track, and measure employee engagement initiatives and people project initiatives.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience in the People Business Partner space or other related Human Resource function.
  • Coaching, compensation, and employee relations skills.
  • Ability to deal effectively with ambiguity, recognize trends, and identify systemic approaches to solving problems.
  • Demonstrated skills in business acumen, data analysis, project management, communication, presentation, negotiation, conflict management, and problem-solving.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, human resources, or other programs.
