Job Summary:

The General Manager - Operations is responsible for leading the operations team and ensuring the seamless execution of our business strategy. This includes overseeing the management of our boutique locations, developing and implementing operational processes, and driving business growth through effective leadership and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the operations team and provide guidance and support to ensure the successful execution of our business strategy
  • Develop and implement operational processes and procedures to drive efficiency and effectiveness
  • Oversee the management of our boutique locations, including staff management, inventory control, and facility maintenance
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and implement business growth strategies
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform business decisions and drive improvement
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive guest experience
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including employees, guests, and vendors

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in operations management, preferably in the wellness or hospitality industry
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees, guests, and vendors
