We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Lawn Care Specialist to join our team at Tidewater Landscape Management. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to residential and commercial clients by delivering high-quality lawn care services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Apply fertilizers and pesticides to lawns, shrubs, and trees according to schedule, safety procedures, and label instructions.
  • Drive company vehicles to customer locations.
  • Respond to customer requests for telephone and in-person service calls in a timely manner.
  • Complete required production forms and customer instructions.
  • Measure lawns of potential customers to provide accurate cost estimates for lawn care services.
  • Clean and service company vehicles, spray equipment, and other tools.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Training in horticulture or post-secondary education is preferred.
  • Experience is preferred but not required; we will train eager learners.
  • The company will pay for available licensing or renewing of current licensing.
Working Conditions

This position requires a physically active individual who can work indoors and outdoors, interact with customers, and may be exposed to foreign substances (e.g., chemicals). Regularly required to sit, stand, walk on uneven surfaces, use hands and arms to handle equipment, speak and hear, and use vision abilities for close, distance, color, peripheral, depth, and focus.

Benefits

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $18 to $20/Hr, plus benefits including medical, dental, vision, life, short and long-term disability, FSA, 401k, Aflac (accident, hospital, critical illness with cancer), paid time off (PTO), holiday pay, and free telemedicine access.
