The OpportunityWe are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at our Hyannis, MA office. As a Member Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring a seamless and positive experience for our senior patients. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional patient care and support through impeccable communication and problem-solving skills
- Managing patient intake, scheduling, and follow-up appointments
- Assisting with administrative tasks, such as answering phone calls, sending faxes, and coordinating transportation
- Contributing to team development through rounding, attending team huddles, and participating in problem-solving
- Maintaining a high level of proficiency in our technology suite, including Slack, G-suite, Zoom, Circulation, RingCentral, and our Electronic Medical Record System

To be successful in this role, you will need:
- At least 1 year of experience in high-touch customer or patient-facing roles
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams
- A proven track record of persisting through change, demonstrating a forward-thinking perspective, and consistently stepping up to take action on challenges
- Proficiency in computer technology, including typing, navigating the internet, and using multiple software systems simultaneously
This role requires mostly sedentary work duties, with occasional exertion of up to 10 pounds of force. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time, but may involve walking or standing for brief periods.
