About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop comprehensive reliability test strategies and identify root causes of system errors and variance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product reliability from design through manufacturing and operational use in space
  • Drive continuous improvement efforts, provide technical guidance, and establish best practices for reliability and test engineering
  • Design, test, and debug PCBAs, with a thorough understanding of electronics reliability and failure mechanisms
  • Experience with test equipment, programming languages (Python, C/C++), and data analysis
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical engineering, Aerospace engineering, Computer science, or a related field
  • Strong experience and understanding of the Aerospace industry
  • Experience with environmental testing, metrology, and uncertainty analysis
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a highly cross-functional role
