- Identify recruitment needs by assessing organizational development plans.
- Source and evaluate qualified low voltage candidates, negotiating compensation and employment terms.
- Collaborate with management to determine hiring requirements.
- Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies.
- Create job descriptions and candidate profiles for assigned positions.
- Clarify job specifications, competencies, and required skills.
- Align candidate profiles with staffing objectives.
- Utilize various sourcing methods, including social media, job boards, and referrals.
- Maintain professional networks to source qualified candidates.
- Conduct phone interviews and document candidate experiences.
- Review resumes to assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Provide regular updates and feedback to management.
- Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) and maintain an accurate candidate database.
- Extend job offers in accordance with company policies.
- Oversee the job offer process, including negotiation and administration.
- Stay informed about sourcing strategies and industry trends.
- Ensure compliance with federal and state recruitment regulations and Affirmative Action policies.
- Coordinate onboarding processes with HR and administrative teams.
- Be willing to travel as required by the company.
- High School Diploma required; Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in structured cabling recruitment.
- Preferred experience in staffing agency recruitment.
- At least 2 years of experience in candidate sourcing solutions.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Understanding of general recruiting principles.
- Familiarity with staffing systems and tools.
- Able to adapt to new and rapidly changing technologies.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain good work habits under pressure.
- Knowledge of standard office automation products.
- High energy and detail-oriented.
- Proficient command of the English language for effective communication.
