Position Overview:

As a Data Science Staffing Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by forging strong relationships with clients and matching their needs with our pool of top-tier data science professionals.

You will be responsible for cultivating and expanding our client base, ensuring exceptional service delivery, and contributing to the overall success of the company.


Key Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and phone outreach to expand the client portfolio.

Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their hiring needs, and providing tailored staffing solutions.

Consultative Selling:

Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering insights on market trends, talent availability, and best practices in data science staffing.


Candidate Sourcing and Screening:

Collaborate with our recruiting team to identify, attract, and assess qualified data science candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and referrals.


Candidate Placement:

Facilitate the placement process by coordinating interviews, negotiating offers, and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for both clients and candidates.


Sales Pipeline Management:
Manage the sales pipeline effectively by tracking leads, opportunities, and client interactions using CRM/ATS software.

Performance Metrics:
Meet or exceed sales targets, revenue goals, and other key performance indicators (KPIs) set by the company.

Market Research:

Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in data science to remain competitive in the market.


Collaboration:

Work closely with internal teams, including recruiters, account managers, and leadership, to align strategies and deliver exceptional service to clients and candidates.


Continuous Learning:

Continuously enhance your knowledge of data science concepts, tools, and methodologies to better understand client requirements and effectively communicate with candidates.


Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).

3-5 years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in staffing or recruitment.

Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.

Strong understanding of data science concepts and technologies (e.g., machine learning, AI, big data).

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to build rapport with clients and candidates and maintain long-term relationships.

Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Proficiency in CRM/ATS software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
