Position Summary

Operational Intelligence Center (OIC) Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage the daily operations of the OIC, ensuring effective leadership for a team of up to 30 personnel in a 24/7 command center environment.
  • Oversee the center's operational efficiency, focusing on risk monitoring, analysis, and compliance through quality assurance programs.
  • Deliver timely communications and actionable intelligence to safeguard personnel, assets, and infrastructure.
  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures to address operational challenges and enhance team performance.
  • Ensure the health and safety of staff and the operational environment.
  • Manage project timelines for OIC technology initiatives, ensuring adherence to contractual deliverables.
  • Coordinate with various departments to support center operations and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Facilitate recruitment and retention activities, including new employee orientation and staff appreciation initiatives.
  • Monitor and manage incident responses, ensuring compliance with established protocols.
  • Identify and recommend improvements for existing systems and technologies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Organizational Leadership, Business Management, or a related field, or a high school diploma with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
  • Proven leadership experience in a management role.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts and assist with staffing needs as required.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a command center environment.
  • Industry-specific work experience.
