Job Description

Bookkeeping & Accounting of Fl is seeking a qualified Bookkeeper to support our financial operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing financial records, processing transactions, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Record Management: Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
  • Transaction Processing: Process financial transactions, including invoicing, reconciliations, and journal entries.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards, maintaining accurate and detailed records of all transactions.

Requirements:

  • Accounting Qualifications: Relevant qualifications in accounting, finance, or a related field, with a strong understanding of GAAP principles.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software, including QuickBooks and Excel, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.

The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $70,000 per annum, based on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
