Job Title: Billing Clerk

Pay Rate: $19 - $21 per hour

Employment Type: Contract to Hire

Work Arrangement: 100% Onsite

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Billing Clerk to join our team in Jacksonville, Florida. This is a contract-to-hire position with a competitive pay rate of $19 to $21 per hour. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling high volume billing tasks and ensuring accuracy in all financial transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and manage high volume billing transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Verify and reconcile billing data to ensure accuracy.
  • Prepare and send invoices to clients in a timely manner.
  • Address and resolve any billing discrepancies or issues.
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date billing records.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth billing operations.
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients regarding billing inquiries.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Billing Clerk or in a similar role.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in using billing software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in accounting or finance is a plus.


Pay Details: $19.00 to $21.00 per hour
