**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Dietary Operations Manager to join our team at Aramark. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day food service operations of our Aramark account.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Provides nutritional screening, monitoring, and implementation of the nutrition plan of care for residents under the guidance of a Registered Dietitian.
  • Maintains excellent relationships with clients and works with staff to create nutritious and premier quality food for residents under the direction of a Regional Culinary Director and with contribution from the Registered Dietitian.
  • Oversees all profit and loss (P&L) and budgeting as it pertains to the account.
  • Participates in resident satisfaction programs, departmental meetings as directed, and quality assurance and performance improvement (QAPI) programs.

**Requirements**

  • Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) or Dietetic Technician, Registered (DTR) is required.
  • At least a year of food service management experience in healthcare or senior living is preferred.
  • ServSafe certified, or ability to obtain within 6 months of employment.
  • Microsoft office applications, electronic medical records (EMR), and tray card system use.
