Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Dining Services Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading our culinary operations, ensuring the highest quality of food service, and maintaining a safe and healthy environment for our clients and residents.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of culinary staff to ensure exceptional food service and quality control
  • Develop and implement menus, recipes, and food preparation procedures to meet client and resident needs
  • Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment to ensure efficient operations
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations, as well as company policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer service
Requirements
  • Associate's degree or higher in food service management or hospitality
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in quantity food production/service, dining/nutrition, and personnel supervision
  • Certified Dietary Manager or Certified Food Service Manager designation
  • Basic computer skills and ability to maintain records and complete reports
  • Ability to lift/carry a maximum of 50 pounds, push/pull a maximum of 50 pounds, stand, sit, bend, and walk for extended periods
