We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with expertise in eating disorders. This role is pivotal in enhancing the health and well-being of our patients, and you will be part of a collaborative team in a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive nutrition therapy to individuals of all genders experiencing eating disorders alongside other medical and psychological conditions.
- Engage as a vital member of the Interdisciplinary Team (IDT), collaborating with patients and their support networks to ensure optimal care.
- Conduct thorough nutritional evaluations, develop tailored meal plans, and facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions according to the patient's care level.
- Motivate patients to explore their challenges, options, and desired health outcomes.
- Design and execute personalized treatment strategies to support patient advancement.
- Work closely with patients to address complex issues related to their dietary habits and relationship with food.
- Lead nutrition therapy groups aimed at fostering a balanced approach to nourishment and improving patients' relationship with food and body image.
- Assist patients with practical nutrition tasks, including meal planning, grocery shopping, and cooking skills.
- Prior experience in eating disorder treatment programs is essential.
- Develop innovative programs that promote optimal clinical nutrition and favorable financial results.
- Adhere to all regulatory standards, including Federal and State guidelines, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA and CMS regulations.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated leadership and communication skills to inspire positive changes in dietary and kitchen management.
- Required experience in treating eating disorders.
- A minimum of 3 years as a Registered Dietitian.
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
- Eligibility for certification as a Registered Dietitian.

Salary Range: $75,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year, with a $3,000 sign-on bonus and relocation assistance available.
