Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Speech Language Pathologist Assistant to join our team at an exceptional school district. As a Speech Language Pathologist Assistant, you will work closely with students, teachers, and support staff to create personalized learning plans that cater to individual needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with educators to develop and implement effective communication strategies for students with speech and language disorders
- Design and deliver assessments to identify areas of strength and weakness in student communication skills
- Analyze data to inform instruction and make data-driven decisions to improve student outcomes
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A valid School Speech Language Pathologist Assistant credential/license or in process in state of practice
- At least 1 year of verifiable experience as a School Speech Language Pathologist Assistant within the last 3 years (may include residency or clinical practicum)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues
