Job Overview

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position is $33-38 per hour, with full-time employees eligible for ProCare's benefits package. This includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a 401(k) retirement plan and weekly paychecks via direct deposit.

Responsibilities

As a Speech Language Pathologist Assistant, you will be responsible for working collaboratively with teachers, parents, and colleagues to support students with communication disorders. You will also be required to demonstrate proficiency in interpersonal and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced school environment.

Requirements
  • A minimum of 1+ years of experience in a school or pediatric environment
  • Possession of SLPA licenses and teaching certifications for Texas
  • Demonstrated proficiency in interpersonal and communication skills
