Job Overview

About the Role:

  • Interviews, hires, and orients new field staff to ensure a seamless onboarding process.
  • Closely coordinates with Supervisory RN to schedule branch in-service training programs.
  • Maintains accurate records of compliance requirements for field staff.
  • Effectively communicates with clients to ensure their needs are met.
  • Assists in payroll and billing functions to ensure timely payments.

Requirements:

  • A minimum high school degree is required.
  • Proficiency in computer skills is necessary.
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English is a significant asset.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential.
  • Able to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Previous home care experience is preferred.
