Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Automation Test Engineer to join our team at Churchill Downs Technology Initiatives C. As a key member of our QA team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing automated test suites to ensure the quality and reliability of our software applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop automated test cases using industry-standard tools and technologies.
  • Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure comprehensive coverage of our software applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing requirements.
  • Analyze test results and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain test automation frameworks to ensure efficient and effective testing.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in software testing and automation.
  • Strong knowledge of automation testing tools and technologies, including Selenium, Jenkins, and Java.
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies and version control systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with cloud-based testing platforms and tools.
  • Knowledge of DevOps practices and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
  • Experience with test management tools and frameworks.
