Develop and Implement Learning Solutions

Provide leadership and guidance in developing and implementing learning and capability solutions aligned with our enterprise strategies.

Requirements
  1. Prior Experience in Talent Strategies

Prior experience supporting the execution of talent strategies that deliver business impact.

Strong Knowledge of Talent Strategies

Strong knowledge of talent strategies and interventions that drive business impact.

Understanding of Operating Models

Understanding of operating models, org design principles, and strategic workforce planning.

Influence Senior Stakeholders

Ability to influence senior stakeholders around talent priorities resulting in business impact.

Talent Development and Training

Experience in talent development and/or training, with a focus on designing engaging learning experiences.

Talent and Learning Tools

Proficiency in talent, learning, and engagement tools and platforms.

Culture and Engagement Strategies

Proven record of designing and implementing culture and engagement strategies in a global company.
