Requirements- Prior Experience in Talent Strategies
Prior experience supporting the execution of talent strategies that deliver business impact.
Strong Knowledge of Talent StrategiesStrong knowledge of talent strategies and interventions that drive business impact.
Understanding of Operating ModelsUnderstanding of operating models, org design principles, and strategic workforce planning.
Influence Senior StakeholdersAbility to influence senior stakeholders around talent priorities resulting in business impact.
Talent Development and TrainingExperience in talent development and/or training, with a focus on designing engaging learning experiences.
Talent and Learning ToolsProficiency in talent, learning, and engagement tools and platforms.
Culture and Engagement StrategiesProven record of designing and implementing culture and engagement strategies in a global company.
