Talent Development and Engagement Strategy

At Found Inc, we are seeking a highly skilled Talent Development and Engagement Director to lead our talent development and engagement initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive talent development strategy aligned with our organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and oversee training programs, leadership development initiatives, career pathing, and succession planning efforts.
  • Conduct needs assessments through surveys, interviews, and performance evaluations to identify skill gaps and development opportunities.
  • Create and execute strategies to improve employee satisfaction, motivation, and retention.
  • Develop programs that foster a positive organizational culture, enhance team collaboration, and recognize employee achievements.
  • Monitor and analyze engagement metrics and feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Design and deliver leadership development programs to build managerial skills and prepare future leaders.
  • Partner with senior leaders to provide coaching and support for leadership growth and development.
  • Collaborate with teams to align talent development initiatives with broader business goals.
  • Support performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and employee development plans.
  • Manage and enhance the relationship between employees and the organization, ensuring a positive, productive, and compliant work environment.
  • Effectively communicate talent development and employee engagement strategies across the organization.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including department heads, managers, and external partners.
  • Develop and manage the budget for talent development and engagement programs.
  • Allocate resources efficiently to ensure the success of key initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.
• Master's degree preferred.
• PHR and SHRM certification preferred.
• Minimum of five years of experience in talent development, employee engagement, or a related HR role with a proven track record of successful program implementation.
• Strong knowledge of talent management, employee engagement strategies, and leadership development practices.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to analyze data and provide insights to drive decision-making.
• Experience with HRIS and learning management systems (LMS) is a plus.
• Familiarity with change management, organizational development, and industry best practices in talent development and employee engagement.

$120,000.00 per year
