As a Lead Business Systems Analyst on the Agent Tools team, you will be tasked with defining and articulating the systems' scope and objectives through thorough research and analysis, coupled with an understanding of relevant business systems and industry standards.
Utilizing this expertise, you will design and implement new systems by configuring new hardware or software or by leveraging existing systems in novel ways to achieve different or enhanced outcomes.
This role involves working on the most intricate projects and serving as a subject matter expert and mentor to fellow business systems analysts.

Required Qualifications
Experience:
7+ years in Business Systems or IT-related roles
Education:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
Skills:
Proven leadership capabilities
In-depth knowledge of business and systems
Abilities:
Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English
Strong organizational and prioritization skills
Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively in a dynamic team setting

The salary range for this position is $80,300.00 to $156,000. The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
Additionally, certain positions may be eligible for additional forms of compensation such as bonuses.
