About the Role
We are looking for a skilled High-Volume Sales Representative to join our team at Supplied Talent in Lexington, Kentucky. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating new business leads and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold outreach and lead generation.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to increase sales and expand market share.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales approaches.

Requirements:
- At least one year of experience in high-volume sales, preferably in an outbound capacity.
- Proven track record of achieving sales goals and targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
