About the RoleThis is a full-time/part-time position that requires a strong commitment to providing exceptional patient care. As a Certified Surgical Technologist, you will work under the direct supervision of a registered nurse and be responsible for establishing and maintaining a sterile field, a safe patient care environment, and appropriate supplies/equipment as required for the operative procedure.
Responsibilities- Prepare the surgical field and supplies/instruments delivered to the field.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide a cooperative work environment.
- Assist in providing quality patient care in a manner that is patient-focused, technically appropriate, and cost-effective.
- Comply with hospital policies and procedures.

RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you must be a graduate of a surgical technologist program and have a strong commitment to patient care. On-call availability, rotating shifts, and the ability to move heavy patients and equipment are also required.
