We are seeking a compassionate and professional Waitstaff to join our team at The Bristal Assisted Living. As a Waitstaff, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our residents. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all meals are served and presented in accordance with our established guidelines.
Additional responsibilities include:
- Taking resident meal orders in a patient and cheerful manner
- Checking station tables for settings and cleanliness
- Reading the menu before service to assist residents with their selections
- Assisting in the plating and proper portion controls of appetizers, salads, soups, beverages, and desserts
- Bussing tables at the end of the meal
The ideal candidate will have experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a restaurant or food-service-related industry, be able to function in a fast-paced environment, and possess good communication, customer service, and people skills. Experience working with a senior population is preferred but not required.
