  • Review shop drawings and submittals to ensure project quality.
  • Ensure project compliance with contractual agreements between the firm and clients.
  • Prepare project schedules, design fees, project budgets, and reimbursable costs.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of technical and supervisory experience in the Commercial Interiors field.
  • Architectural License in California preferred.
  • Experience working on projects in Southern California.
  • Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Suite.
  • Strong skills in preparing and maintaining all revisions of architectural documents.
  • Experience coordinating production teams in preparation of construction documents.
  • Knowledge of relevant building codes.
