Are you a driven sales professional looking to take your career to the next level in a client-facing role? We have an exciting opportunity for an Entry-Level Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Dallas.

This is a full desk, Account Executive-style position where you will be responsible for generating leads, establishing new client relationships, and managing the full-cycle candidate recruitment process to ensure all client needs are being met.

As a Cloud Technology Recruitment Specialist, you will have the opportunity to work with high-value clients, focusing on either permanent or contract/interim recruitment solutions. You will be responsible for developing strategies to grow your client base, implementing sales plans to target prospective clients, and facilitating in-depth client meetings to better understand their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively develop new business relationships with clients through cold calling, email, and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Develop and implement sales plans to target prospective clients and generate revenue.
  • Facilitate in-depth client meetings to understand client needs and tailor your approach.
  • Negotiate terms of business with new clients.
  • Manage the full-cycle candidate recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, submitting candidates, and closing deals.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience with outbound sales, with cold calling experience preferred.
  • Ambitious individuals with a proven track record of exceeding sales goals.
  • Ability to develop and form relationships at all levels of an organization.
  • Driven and resilient individuals with an ongoing desire to improve.

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $43,500-$60,000, including base salary and commission potential. Additionally, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, 401k options, and 15 days of PTO.
