As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for generating leads, establishing new client relationships, and managing the full-cycle candidate recruitment process to ensure all client needs are being met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively develop new business relationships with clients through cold calling, email, and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Develop strategies to grow your client base and implement sales plans to target prospective clients and generate revenue.
  • Facilitate in-depth client meetings to understand client needs and tailor your approach to search for suitable candidates.
  • Negotiate terms of business with new clients.
  • Manage the full candidate recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, submitting candidates to clients, arranging job interviews, salary negotiation, and closing to ensure successful placements.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in outbound sales, with cold calling experience preferred.
