Executive Culinary Director

The Executive Chef plays a pivotal role in driving culinary excellence at Aramark, overseeing the development and execution of innovative culinary solutions that meet customer needs and preferences. This leadership position requires a deep understanding of culinary techniques, menu engineering, and team management to deliver exceptional dining experiences.

- Maintain a culture of Operational Excellence, ensuring compliance with Aramark's food safety, quality assurance, and environmental policies.
- Minimum 4 years of culinary experience, with at least 2 years in a management role.
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience required.
- Advanced knowledge of culinary principles, practices, and techniques.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
