The Executive Chef plays a pivotal role in driving culinary excellence at Aramark, overseeing the development and execution of innovative culinary solutions that meet customer needs and preferences.   • Develop and implement culinary strategies that align with Aramark's Executional Framework, ensuring seamless execution and delivery of culinary products.
  • Lead a culinary team, including chef managers and hourly staff, to maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and service.
  • Train and mentor culinary staff to adopt best practices in food production, ensuring consistency and excellence in every dish.
  • Coach employees to achieve shared goals, recognizing and rewarding outstanding performance and contributions.
  • Plan and execute team meetings and daily huddles to foster open communication and collaboration.
  • Maintain accurate staff records, including training records, shift checklists, and performance data.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and guests, ensuring mutually beneficial business partnerships.
  • Stay abreast of regional culinary trends and ingredient innovations to inform menu development and culinary operations.
  • Drive food and labor targets, focusing on margin improvement and data-driven decision making.
  • Ensure efficient execution and delivery of culinary products, maintaining the integrity of Aramark's food offer and adhering to quality and safety standards.
  • Comply with Operational Excellence fundamentals, managing waste, menus, recipes, and ingredients to optimize customer-driven menus and labor standards.
  • Understand and implement the Food Framework, ensuring accuracy in estimated food consumption and requisitions.
  • Ensure proper equipment operation and maintenance, adhering to Aramark's SAFE food and Quality Assurance standards.
  • Comply with all applicable policies, rules, and regulations, including safety, health, wage, and hour regulations.

  • Requires at least 4 years of culinary experience, with at least 2 years in a management role.
  • Requires a culinary degree or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to multi-task, simplify agendas, and communicate effectively.

  • Oral, reading, and written communication skills.
