Job SummaryWe're seeking a skilled Paramedic to join our team as a Primary Care Clinic Medic. As a hybrid clinic operator, you'll work closely with virtual physicians to provide high-quality care to patients. Your role will involve greeting patients, performing physical exams, and conducting in-clinic procedures.
Key Responsibilities- Serve as the all-in-one micro clinic operator, greeting patients and working as the hands of the physician during appointments.
- Perform physical exams using connected devices, including cardiac and lung exams, ear exams, and more.
- Conduct in-clinic procedures, such as blood draws, processing urine samples, injections, and ear flushes.
- Accurately chart and document exams, procedures, and lab orders.
- Troubleshoot devices or audio/video issues that may occur.
- Paramedic current state licensure (NREMT preferred)
- Comfortable working independently with remote specialty physicians.
- Good with technology and willing to learn new systems.
- Excellent people skills and a passion for providing high-quality care.
- Soft skills, including independent thinking, problem-solving, and a hands-on, can-do personality.
